There’s no one-size-fits-all answer — it depends on what you’re looking for. Individual therapy offers private, one-on-one support tailored entirely to your personal experience. It can be helpful if you’re looking to go deeper into your emotions, explore specific concerns, or prefer a more personal space.
Group therapy provides connection with others going through similar challenges. It offers a sense of community, shared understanding, and the comfort of knowing you're not alone.
