There’s no one-size-fits-all answer — it depends on what you’re looking for. Individual therapy offers private, one-on-one support tailored entirely to your personal experience. It can be helpful if you’re looking to go deeper into your emotions, explore specific concerns, or prefer a more personal space.
Group therapy provides connection with others going through similar challenges. It offers a sense of community, shared understanding, and the comfort of knowing you're not alone.

All sessions are held virtually. This allows you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own home, with flexibility to fit your schedule. I work with clients located in Massachusetts and Connecticut through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.
