  • There’s no one-size-fits-all answer — it depends on what you’re looking for. Individual therapy offers private, one-on-one support tailored entirely to your personal experience. It can be helpful if you’re looking to go deeper into your emotions, explore specific concerns, or prefer a more personal space.

Group therapy provides connection with others going through similar challenges. It offers a sense of community, shared understanding, and the comfort of knowing you're not alone.

Many clients find that one format resonates more with them — and some choose to do both. I’m happy to talk through what might be the best fit for you based on your goals and preferences.

  • Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes long. Frequency depends on your needs — many clients start with weekly sessions, but we’ll decide together what feels best.

  • All sessions are held virtually. This allows you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own home, with flexibility to fit your schedule. I work with clients located in Massachusetts and Connecticut through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.

  • I use the Simple Practice Platform to maintain all documentation, communication and payment.
